Just for a change...

Arrows Grand Prix International is going to court this week. The latest case, which will be hear tomorrow in Court 23 at the High Court in London is a case between Arrows and its technical director Mike Coughlan. There are no details about what it is that Justice Richard McCombe will be listening to this morning but it is worth noting that he is an expert at arbitration and therefore one can surmise that the case will probably to decide whether or not Mike Coughlan has a contract with Arrows or not.

Coughlan is believed to have a number of offers for employment in 2003 including McLaren.
