Walkinshaw to quit rugby roles

TOM WALKINSHAW is to retire from his role as chairman of Premier Rugby. According to press reports this will mean that he also gives up his role on the board of England Rugby. Charles Jillings of Harlequins will replace Walkinshaw as Premier Rugby chairman and Howard Thomas will take his role on the England Rugby Board.

Walkinshaw will continue as Gloucester Rugby Club's chairman.
