Nelson Jr. joins Formula Renault in Brazil
NELSON PIQUET JR., the 16-year-old son of triple World Champion Nelson Piquet, is to compete in the new Brazilian Formula Renault series - which is being promoted by former F1 driver Pedro Diniz.
Piquet will race for Gramacho Racing and will make his debut this Sunday in the second round of the season at his home circuit of Brasilia, which is named after his father.
