Ferrari test at Monza, Fiorano

FERRARI was back at work on Tuesday with test drivers Luciano Burti and Luca Badoer conducting development work for the defending world champions.

Burti conducted tire testing with Bridgestone behind the wheel of a F2001 at Monza. The Italian suffered from a crash that halted his program for a short time after just 18 laps, but the team was able to repair the car and Burti completed 59 laps by the end of the day.

Luca Badoer was at Fiorano Tuesday, conducting development work on the F2002. Badoer completed 72 laps, 25 of them on the short course, and will return on Wednesday for further testing.
