Jaguar and EDS

JAGUAR RACING has hit back at disruptive rumors by announcing a three-year technology deal with the giant EDS company. EDS was previously involved with Ferrari and presumably the deal has come about because of Ferrari's new arrangement with AMD.

EDS was founded by Ross Perot and for a long time was part of General Motors although it has been independent for some years. The deal with Jaguar is believed to have been leveraged on a bigger deal with Ford (or perhaps the possibility of one).
