Herbert aiming for international double

JOHNNY HERBERT has said he is out to win the 2002 Indianapolis 500 and the Le Mans 24-hour classic in a bid to become the first man to bag this double in the same year since US racing legend A.J. Foyt did so in 1967.

Speaking at the Autosport International show at Birmingham's National Exhibition Center, Herbert indicated that he would definitely be in the grid at the Brickyard and indicated that he had several interesting prospects for Le Mans. "I have some nice options lined up, it's just a case of slotting them together," he said.

Herbert does not seem likely to continue his F1 testing role with the Arrows team.
