Financial troubles for Moscow race?

THERE are stories circulating in F1 circles that the planned Russian Grand Prix in Moscow has run into financial trouble with F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone because he has asked for the majority of the money for the race to be paid upfront. The Russians say that the problem will be overcome and that the race will go ahead as planned in 2003.

Construction of the circuit on Nagatino Island in Moscow has begun.
