Handford on the move?
THE latest whispers from Milton Keynes are that Jaguar Racing's chief aerodynamicist Mark Handford may be on the move at the end of this month. Handford joined Jaguar Racing a year ago when the team was a very different one. He was hired by Bobby Rahal who was then axed by Jaguar boss Wolfgang Reitzle in the midseason. After Rahal's departure, the Jaguar team tried very hard to sign up Williams aerodynamicist Geoff Willis, although he later decided that a switch to Jaguar was a bad idea and so joined British American Racing instead.
Handford is believed to be on the shopping list of several other Formula 1 teams.
It remains to be seen whether or not the stories are true...
