Ralf unhurt in tail-gating crash

RALF SCHUMACHER had a shunt last week on a German autobahn, crashing a BMW 7 Series into the back of another car and punting it into the car ahead. The German newspaper Bilt reported that the car was substantially damaged but Ralf and a passenger were unhurt. The car had been loaned to him by the organizers of the Essen Motor Show which he had been visiting.

Schumacher had been on his way to visit his family in Kerpen.
