Bridgestone raising cash for bereaved kids

BRIDGESTONE MOTORSPORT is auctioning a T-shirt signed by its 2001 drivers in order to raise money for the Taplow Traffic Charity Trust, a charity which is based not far from Bridgestone Motorsport's headquarters at Langley, Berkshire.

The charity raises money to orphaned children on special holidays to Disneyland Paris. It is hoped that auctioning the shirt will raise thousands of pounds for the charity. The shirt has been signed by Michael Schumacher, Rubens Barrichello; Mika Hakkinen, David Coulthard, Jarno Trulli, Heinz-Harald Frentzen; Jacques Villeneuve, Olivier Panis; Nick Heidfeld, Kimi Raikkonen, Jos Verstappen and Enrique Bernoldi. Bids can be made at www.ttcharitytrust.org.uk by clicking on "Contact us".

The auction will close at noon (GMT) on Monday, December 31, 2001.
