Suharto arrested
TOMMY SUHARTO, the Indonesian playboy who once planned to have a Grand Prix in Jakarta, has been arrested after a year on the run from the authorities. Suharto, the son of a former president, is facing allegations that he was involved in a political murder.
Suharto, once the head of the Indonesian national automobile club, organized the construction of a F1 standard race track at Sentul but Grand Prix racing never visited the facility.
