Williams names Barnard to top job!

THE headline does not always tell the full story. No, the Williams team has not named John Barnard as its chief designer (although Barnard and Williams technical director Patrick Head are very old friends and former Lola colleagues). In reality the US energy company Williams has named Randy Barnard as the new president of its international operations.
