Berger warns there is more to come from Williams

BMW MOTORSPORT director Gerhard Berger has warned there is more to come from the already impressive Williams team this season.

Berger said that BMW and Williams have been working on technical developments for the car that will come into affect later this season and will improve the its performance.

"In this area we still have to work hard but I am sure we are going to get this car better," said Berger at last weekend's European Grand Prix where his drivers Juan Pablo Montoya and Ralf Schumacher finished second and fourth respectively.

"Michelin are not too bad and in general they're very competitive, but we have some technical failures in some areas but we are working on it and I am sure that the second half of the season we're going to look much better."

That could be a worrying statement for the McLaren team, who seem to have a battle on their hands with Williams for second place in the Constructors' Championship as Ferrari currently lead the way.
