Burti upbeat about Prost team's experience

NEWLY recruited Prost-Ferrari driver Luciano Burti has made some positive observations about both his new team and his colleague Jean Alesi after three days of testing at Valencia this week.

"The session in Spain was very useful and productive for me," said the young Brazilian. "I am getting used to my team-mate and I admire Jean a lot. He's very fast and knows how to work for the team. It's great to work with him and I'm lucky to have him as a team-mate.

Burti continued to make the point that he's had nothing but positive experiences so far with his F1 team-mates. "In Austria last year I raced with Johnny Herbert, who was a great guy and a Grand Prix winner," he said. "With Eddie I had a very good relationship. We always shared information and he taught me a lot about F1.

"Besides, he is bloody fast in both race and qualifying, so he always pushed me to the limit. I know that I will have the same kind of thing with Jean, as they are both experienced former Ferrari drivers and GP winners."
