McLaren go to all lengths in high tech HQ
THE McLaren team are aiming to make sure their new Paragon facility is the most high tech in Formula One, after a new deal was announced on Monday.
The team's attention to detail is clear in their development of the new 200-acre facility which is scheduled for completion in 2002, and the agreement to install high tech toilets will ensure the team are best equipped to get on with the job.
Stephan Heck, Vice President Europe of bathroom suppliers Grohe, announced: "We are proud to say that Grohe will add its contribution to the completion of this ambitious construction project."
The new facility is one of the largest private buildings currently under construction in Europe, and the new headquarters of the TAG McLaren Group will house the Formula One team and the production facility for the future Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren super sports car as well as laboratories, research and testing facilities, a museum and a visitors center.
