Changes ahead at Interpublic
IT has been announced that there is to be a change in the top management of Interpublic, the company which owns the Brands Hatch racing circuit. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Philip Geier, Jr. will step down after 20 years and will be replaced by chief operating officer John Dooner.
While this may not have any direct effect on Brands Hatch, a change in the top management of any big company does result in change filtering down through the company and different attitudes may eventually prevail towards Brands Hatch, which the company says will be retained and built up, despite the fact that there are serious restrictions on its use as a race track.
