Weber wins court case over Schumacher earnings
Burkhard Nuppeney believed an agreement with Weber, which was agreed on the 23rd October 1988 and entitled the duo to share a 10 per cent figure of Schumacher's career earnings, was still valid today despite the partnership splitting in 1990.
The Federal High Court in Karlsruhe, Germany, ruled that Nuppeney's partnership with Weber had ended and claimed the latter is solely entitled to the 10 per cent earnings.
Nuppeney is now expected to be asked to cover the costs of the court case which are estimated at 300,000 Deutsch marks ($135,000).
