Street to be named after World Champion
NEW world champion Michael Schumacher is to have a street named after him in his native town Kerpan.
The local council voted to re-name Chryslerstrasse, in the Sindof area of the town, which was originally named after German car manufacturer DaimierChrysler.
The new street, which will be called Schumacher Strasse, was given the new title of the Ferrari driver after DaimierChrysler decided to relocate its Kerpen office to Berlin.
