Brewing company Interbrew linked with Prost
BREWING company Interbrew are the latest potential financial saviours to be linked with the Prost team.
The Belgian company, which owns the Stella Artios, Labatts, and Rolling Rock labels, have emerged as a serious prospect to takeover the team after a deal with Vector fell through last week.
The deal would be a strong one for Interbrew, should it be completed, with it attempting to maximize the potential of its growing market share in North and Latin America, France and the United Kingdom.
A representative from the company was reportedly in the paddock at Indianapolis for last weekend's United States Grand Prix and is believed to have held talks with team boss Alain Prost.
