Red Bull's Junior teams
RED BULL, the company which controls the majority of the shares in the Sauber F1 team, has revealed a new Junior Team structure for the 2000 season.
The Red Bull Junior Team failed to qualify for an entry in the International Formula 3000 series last year but during the winter months team boss Helmut Marko - a former BRM F1 driver - acquired the ORECA team's entry in order to keep the team going and has re-signed Brazilians Enrique Bernoldi and Ricardo Mauricio for the season. In addition Red Bull will be funding Bertram Schafer's Formula 3 team with drivers Patrick Friesacher and Andr? Lotterer; Bernhard Auinger in Formula Konig and Christian Klein in Formula ADAC.
