Ferrari chasing Nissan man

There are suggestions that Ferrari is trying to hire software engineer Naoki Tokunaga, the Nissan engineer who designed the electronic systems which are used by the Renault F1 team. Tokunaga developed the systems while working with the Nismo team in Japan and they became available to Renault when the two companies began exchanging motor racing information as part of the relationship between the French company and the Japanese giant. The reason for Ferrari's interest appears to be starting system which has given Renault such an advantage in recent seasons.
