BRAZILIAN GP - FRIDAY - PRACTICE SESSION 1 REPORT
Raikkonen leads the way
Kimi Raikkonen topped the timesheets in Brazil on Friday morning with a best lap of 1m13.764s, a tenth faster than Honda test driver Anthony Davidson and Williams's Alexander Wurz.
There was then an appreciable gap back to BMW's Sebastian Vettel, McLaren's Pedro de la Rosa, Jenson Button's Honda and the Toyota of Jarno Trulli. The top 10 was completed by Neel Jani of Toro Rosso, Rubens Barrichello (Honda) and Michael Ammermuller's Red Bull-Ferrari.
Only 17 cars were seen in action with no sign of either Ferrari, neither Williams race car and no serious laps from either Renault or Red Bull Racing.
