BRITISH GP - SATURDAY - PRACTICE SESSION 3 REPORT
Some very odd times
The Saturday morning practice session at Silverstone produced a very weird set of times with Michael Schumacher ahead of the rest of the field by four-tenths of a second but with Nick Heidfeld second in his BMW Sauber. Felipe Massa was third fastest ahead of Kim Raikkonen. The Finn spun off the track at the end of the session.
Giancarlo Fisichella and Fernando Alonso were fifth and sixth ahead of Rubens Barrichello's Honda, Jacques Villeneuve's BMW Sauber and the two Toro Rossos of Tonio Liuzzi and Scott Speed. Jenson Button was 11th ahead of David Coulthard (Red Bull), Tiago Monteiro's Midland-Toyota and Christian Klien (Red Bull). Juan Pablo Montoya had an off during the session and ended up 15th ahead of Jarno Trulli (Toyota), the Williamses of Mark Webber and Nico Rosberg and Ralf Schumacher's Toyota.
A rather different list is expected after qualifying.
