MALAYSIAN GP - FRIDAY - MORNING PRACTICE REPORT
Coulthard fastest in the morning
David Coulthard was the fastest in the morning practice session at Sepang with a best lap of 1m36.102s. This was a tenth of a second faster than the Renaults of Fernando Alonso and Jarno Trulli, which benefited from the advantage gained from the extra two hours of running in the morning session.
The two Williams-BMWs were next up with the drivers happy with the way the cars were handling and the top 10 was completed by the two BARs and the two Ferraris and Olivier Panis's Toyota.
