Massa leaves hospital, gives interview

Felipe Massa has gone home to Brazil, nine days after the accident in qualifying in Hungary left him in hospital.

Massa says that has no memory of the accident. It has been explained to him but all he can remember is a few minutes before the crash and then waking up in the hospital two days later.

"It's difficult to explain," he said, "but I'm feeling much better now and I want to recover as soon as possible to get back behind the wheel of a Ferrari."

Massa said that he will return as soon as he can but he is happy to hand the car over to Michael Schumacher.

"It was him who gave me many tips during my career when we were racing together," Massa said. "He knows how to win, he knows how to drive and he's great. It was the best choice handing over the car to such a fantastic person and I'm sure everybody will be happy to see him back on the track again."
