The FIA International Court of Appeal is going to be busy in the weeks ahead with two cases having been confirmed. The first will be an appeal from the CSAI regarding Toro Rosso's penalty at the Japanese GP, which resulted in Tonio Liuzzi losing his eighth placed finish.

This will be heard in Paris on October 12.

There is to be a second case on October 25 regarding the legality of the entry of Prodrive F1 in the 2008 World Championship.
