AT&T and McLaren
AT&T, a former sponsor of the Jaguar Racing team is to join McLaren this year. The American communications giant signed a three-year deal with the Ford Motor Company at the start of 2002 but this was not renewed when it became clear that Jaguar Racing was being sold. McLaren have thus picked up the deal and has named AT&T as a corporate partner, alongside SAP, Warsteiner and Boss. This means that the AT&T logos will appear on the overalls of the McLaren drivers. It is not believed that this is a massive sponsorship deal.
