Another Australian on the move

Australian Will Davison has landed a drive with Alan Docking Racing, the team that won last year's British Formula 3 Championship. He will race this year in a Dallara-Mugen Honda and hopes to follow in the footsteps of another Docking graduate Mark Webber to move up to Formula 1.

The highly-rated 20-year-old is the grandson of Australian racing legend Lex Davison, who won the Australian GP four times in 1954, 1957, 1958 and 1961. He was later killed racing but his widow Di, an accomplished racer in her own right, later remarried former Grand Prix driver Tony Gaze.
