Trulli on top in Barcelona on day two
TESTING continued in Barcelona on Tuesday for the second day of the three day session, and Jarno Trulli set the pace in the new Renault R202 once again. Renault test driver Fernando Alonso joined the Italian, conducting electrical testing in a R201.
Enrique Bernoldi continued development work on the Arrows A23 Tuesday. The Brazilian was second fastest on the day, but was two seconds off Trulli's pace.
Jordan spent much of the day sorting out problems with the new EJ12. Giancarlo Fisichella rejoined his teammate Takuma Sato for testing after a day off Monday. The pair will conclude testing in Barcelona on Wednesday.
Mark Webber was behind the wheel of the new PS02, taking over testing duties from teammate Alex Yoong, but only completed 13 laps.
Testing at the Circuit de Catalunya will conclude Wednesday.
