Minardi helps Argentine star
A couple of months ago the European Minardi team announced a deal to help the Argentine automobile club to promote young drivers and on Wednesday Martin Basso visited the team's Faenza facility. Basso has spent the last couple of years racing in the Toyota Atlantic series in the United States but wants to try his hand in Europe, possibly in Formula 3000. Prior to his visit to Minardi the 27-year-old tested a GP Racing Formula 3000 car.
Giancarlo Minardi is helping Basso to decide what to do in the future.
