Jaguar Racing strengthens links with Ford
JAGUAR has continued the strengthening of its backroom staff with the appointment of Ford's former CART program manager Jay O'Connell.
By taking on O'Connell, Jaguar hopes to draw better resources from their parent company Ford through his current links with the motor manufacturer.
He will set up an advanced research and development team and will also oversee the test team, as well as the vehicle dynamics and vehicle testing departments.
