Prost complete successful second day
FRENCHMAN Jean Alesi completed the second of two days testing at Magny-Cours for Prost and team principal Alain Prost admitted he was impressed with the car's performance.
Alesi completed 63 laps of the circuit and was delighted with the handling and reliability of the car, which featured the team's Ferrari engines for the first time, in cold conditions
Prost, whose team failed to score any championship points last season, said: "It is a huge change for us and everybody has worked hard so that we met all our deadlines.
"It was very satisfying to see the car do so many laps today without any reliability problems. It was a great pleasure working with the Ferrari people and we've quickly established cohesion with them - something we are very grateful for."
